If you have been led here, you will probably find "medicine" or information that will lead you closer to your own healing or the healing of someone you know.

Somatic Experiencing + Touch is a body-mind approach that weaves the knowledge of trauma and cumulative stress (and their impact on the various body systems) with mindful touch.
The goal of this work is to help
clients such as yourself come back to the present, connect to your core, self-regulate, re-regulate, re-connect and integrate your fragmented selves, become more grounded, more empowered and increase your capacity for arousal situations thereby increasing your capacity for life!

Note: trauma is not in the actual event, but rather in the way the nervous system perceived the event.

The technique of SE is very specific, yet every SE practitioner has a different background – which makes this works quite extraordinary once you have found the right person for you!

A session with Delphine might include elements of some or all the modalities mentioned on the left. The work is sensorial, experiential, integrative, re-regulative, works directly with the nervous system, the mind, the spirit and the soul. It is talk-therapy for the various systems of your being, with elements of touch and the occasional use of highly potent/high frequency essential oils.
